A review of supersymmetry theory and phenomenology is presented. Topics discussed include: gravity-mediated (SUGRA) and gauge-mediated (GMSB) super-symmetry breaking models; an overview of non-universal soft-supersymmetry-breaking masses and the resulting experimental implications; the phenomenology of and constraints on the possibility that a massive gluino is the lightest supersym-metric particle; current status of the phenomenology of the Higgs bosons of the minimal and next-to-minimal supersymmetric models; and, the signals for GMSB and/or R-parity-violating models coming from delayed decays of the lightest su-persymmetric partner of the Standard Model particles.

We present several strategies for searching for supersymmetry in dijet channels, using the two leading jets' momenta alone rather than the full missing transverse energy. Preliminary investigations suggest that signal-to-background ratios of at least 4-5 should be achievable at the LHC, with discovery possible for squarks as heavy as approximately 1.7 TeV.
